Lee Cage
Based in Nashville, TN, Lee Cage Jr. is a multifaceted professional with a passion for leading teams, service, and transforming organizations with technology solutions. Lee has spent over decade in the Workday ecosystem, 7 years in the Smartsheet ecosystem, and 16 years in the U.S. Army. Across his military and civilian pursuits, Lee’s focus is consistent: helping people and organizations achieve their peak potential.
Internally recognized as the Innovation Architect & Company Commander, Lee excels in designing data narratives through dashboards, process mapping, and process optimization across his military and civilian experiences. He holds multiple Military Occupational Specialties positions, including a TS-SCI security clearance, and has led technology projects, global initiatives, and process improvement exercises in both military and civilian roles. His civilian track record includes over 65 successful Workday HCM, Supply Chain Management, and Financials deployments and has developed thousands of Smartsheet artifacts and technology solutions.
Lee is also a husband, dog dad, musician (proficient in piano, organ, and drums), author, podcaster, and a lover of people.

Christian Cage
Hailing from the Little Rock, Arkansas, Christian was drawn by destiny to the vibrant streets of the Music City. Amidst the hustle and bustle for Nashville, he uncovered his passion for finance and accounting, discovering joy in bridging gaps and turning client dreams into reality. As a third-generation mathematician, Christian weaves tales of success and prosperity with every calculation, earning trust as a valued ally in the accounting industry. Internally Christian is known as Balance Sheet Boss & Revenue Ruler.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Christian’s heart beats for his family. He is married to a US Army Service Member and takes pride in being a dedicated dog-dad to pups Andy Akita and Antonio Martinez, the pug.

Kristina Vitolo
Kristina’s consistent positivity and joyful energy are contagious. Her passion for work, continuous development, and achieving client results fuels her optimistic outlook. When not pondering how technology is changing work, creating marketing campaigns, or researching market trends, Kristina lives with husband and twins in beautiful Northern New Jersey. She is the loudest cheerleader for her active kids and husband, who is aiming to break 85 on the golf course. Her biggest achievement is balancing her amazing professional role with responsibilities as a wife, mom, healthy home chef, gardener, and vacation planner.

Mason Gajkowski
Known as Formula Maestro and Data Dynamo, Mason brings an infectious, humorous energy to the team. He believes he’s unstoppable because he can beat his mother-in-law at pickleball, rap the fast part of “Godzilla” by Eminem, cook a mean Thai curry, and host a Dungeons & Dragons night that would blow your socks off.
Mason loves exploring new places with his wife and their spoiled dog, Remy. Fluent in both Spanish and complex Smartsheet calculations, Mason’s skills are as diverse as his interests. He enjoys Taylor Swift, The Muppets Movie, well-timed jokes, most dinosaurs, and anything from Brené Brown. What he doesn’t enjoy are bad drivers, pot roast, uncomfortable clothing, or cupcakes with too much frosting.

Timmica Flakes
Timmica’s 15 year career in the corrections industry focused on digital transformation. She supported several technology transformation initiatives including a schedule technology deployment where she led the proposal development and PMO, making her well-prepared for a future driven by technological innovation and ingenuity. She learned during that project that she loved data and shifted to Data Analytics. She embodies her new role as a Data Insight Innovator. Utilizing advanced analytic technologies for Curated Automation, she is a true lover of data and continues to grow her skills in this dynamic field.
Timmica’s focus is on business intelligence, utilizing creative visualization to provide data-driven insights that empower clients to make informed decisions. She loves the challenge of wrangling and extracting data, transforming it into a usable format, and bringing it to life in interactive dashboards that tell a beautiful data story.
In her spare time, Timmica enjoys supporting her daughter, a phenomenal singer-songwriter, and bonding with her son over Marvel Cinematic Universe films. She loves hanging out with her two sisters in Nashville, and when she’s not on the go, she enjoys cozying up on the couch to watch movies.

Jeff Reichman
Jeff is originally from Montreal and currently lives in Toronto with his wife and two kids. Fluent in English, French, Hungarian, and Hebrew, Jeff enjoys snowboarding, cycling, and traveling. Living in one of the most diverse cities in the world, Jeff and his family love to explore the vibrant local food scene.
Known internally as the Control Center Conductor & Workflow Wizard, Jeff values efficiency, clear requirements, time management, and excels at prioritizing tasks. With extensive experience in Project Management and Smartsheet Solution Architecture, Jeff excels in integrating Smartsheet into Workday environments to manage complex projects with precision. His strategic leadership and technical acumen ensure high client satisfaction.

Traci Cuthbertson
Traci leads our change enablement practice and brings decades of experience in helping organizations and their employees make sense of technology disruption. She is passionate about driving user adoption and making workplace changes “sticky.” She has developed a deep understanding of the complex relationship between people and the technology that enables their work.
Her superpowers are planning and organizing, which she gets to flex in both her personal and professional lives. When she’s not supporting clients, she likes to spend as much time as possible exploring her fascination with the intersection of food, history, and culture.
Traci’s a self-proclaimed foodie who finds joy in eating but prefers to outsource the cooking to someone else. She’s in her happy place when she’s paper crafting, creating content for her favorite social media platforms, or hosting themed dinner parties for family and friends. She loves to travel and is obsessed with creating the perfect trip itinerary for herself and others.
She resides in Charlotte, NC where she is a semi-empty nester and the mother of three adult children.

DJ is an inspirational leader, and highly skilled Salesforce consultant. Pulling from both an educational background in business management, and a decade of experience as a Salesforce Administrator; she drives forward her mission to empower those around her through process, and technology improvements.
DJ spends her downtime with her partner navigating the wonders of parenting both young children and young adults. She and her family stay busy caring for their energetic dogs, learning various methods of energy efficiency and exploring all of the fun of many ages growing together.

April Mumpower
April resides in the beautiful mountains of East Tennessee, where she balances a bustling family with her passion for the outdoors. As a mom and grandmother, she enjoys spending time with her husband, five kids, and five grandkids. A passionate outdoorswoman, April participates in competitive archery, fishing, and all shooting sports. She spends her downtime at the lake, relaxing in her camper or on her pontoon and bass boat with her family.
At Curated Automation, April is our data intelligence master. With broad experience across data analysis, business intelligence, predictive analytics, and project management, she supports our clients’ by unifying data and building reports and dashboards that power data driven decisions. Skilled in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Python, she uses her deep experience in data platforms to turn complex data into actionable insights.

Elijah Wheeler
Elijah is our geospatial specialist and wizard . His work addresses the question of “Where” when generating solutions. His command of Geographical Information Software (GIS) diversifies our data analytics capabilities with mapping and geospatial analysis. He is multidisciplinary among the STEM field as he yields an undergraduate mechanical engineering degree from Kennesaw State University, a graduate degree in City and Regional Planning from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and is an American Institute of Certified Planner (AICP) under the American Planning Association (APA) and a certified Engineer-In-Training (EIT) that is on track to obtain his Professional Engineering (PE) license in 2025. He uses these credentials and experience to practice as a traffic engineer and a transportation planner.
Elijah is a collaborative team member who brings a gentle tenacity to project work. He loves the process of finding the insights a client needs in data no matter the complexity. He loves to learn and eager to accept the task of acquiring a new skill or increasing his knowledge to increase his value as an individual and to the team.
When he is not proving geospatial solutions, performing traffic projections, or working on a land use-transportation plan, Elijah is raising his full-of-life two year old. He loves being active and is all the more motivated to stay in shape with his young one being a human chip on his shoulder. He loves to travel and experience different cultures. He goes to church and volunteers in his community. He is all about fun and having a good time in everything that he does.

With over 20+ years of experience, Nate is a powerhouse in project management, change management, and process optimization. His diverse background in consulting and government administration ensures organizational cohesiveness and high team productivity. His expertise spans communications, change management, software implementations, and project management across various government agencies. Nathan is a Smartsheet expert and holds a Master of Public Policy and Administration (MPPA), a Managed Change Agent Certification, and multiple Workday Certifications.
Nathan launched his career at The White House, managing scheduling and policy development for the President, solidifying his expertise in government administration and public policy. As a consultant, Nathan excelled in project management and strategic communications, leading strategic initiatives for federal government clients, enhancing communications, and boosting operational efficiencies.
A dedicated husband and father of two sons, Nathan recently relocated to Florida after living and working in Washington, DC for over 23 years. His superpowers are Change Champion, Project Maestro, and Federal Government Navigator, all of which highlight his ability to drive transformation, orchestrate complex projects, and navigate federal operations with ease, while maintaining a can-do attitude and a sharp sense of humor.

Micah is from St. Louis, MO and loves sports and travel. When he’s not catching the latest NFL game or traveling, Micah will tell you how a good nap can help you recharge – even better than coffee. Balancing his passion for sports, mathematics, and a power nap with a knack for problem-solving, he strives to make every interaction smooth and enjoyable. Micah brings a refreshing energy and a can-do spirit to everything he does.

Kayla cartwheeled into the Curated Automation team to support its growing Smartsheet Practice!
When she isn’t solving problems with Smartsheet, Kayla is obsessed with gloomy weather, battling her phone storage to hoard photos, cherry chapstick, and gazing at flowers. She is on the hunt for new music, the most efficient way to do just about everything, and the next cozy murderous book to hammock with.
Her girlfriend keeps her functioning at peak performance and reminds her not everything needs to be a Smartsheet business process – really, Kayla disagrees.
Her passion for finding the most effective solutions shines through when unique challenges present themselves. Her proactive nature often spots obstacles before they have the chance to grow to fruition, and her ideal workday is when she has restored a river of productivity-stopping-boulders to a clear flowing (and sparkling!) spring.
In her time away from work, you can find Kayla in the dirt, eye level with outdoor creatures or getting lost in another country.
