By implementing Control Center to provision consistent projects from the start and focusing on core assets and project KPIs, Curated Automation developed a standardized technology framework for all projects. Each project utilized consistent artifacts and data elements from the start, embedding governance across all Smartsheet-managed projects and enabling project and enterprise reporting.

Driving adoption with consistent change management was integral to activate transformation.
